TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop from 1.Teknur.

2. You can use one of the credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or cash on delivery methods for your purchases from Teknur. Other payment methods are not accepted. The processing time of orders is not the moment the order is placed, but the moment when the money is blocked from the credit card account equal to the order amount.

3.Teknur will deliver your orders, accompanied by a waybill invoice as required by law.

4. Teknur is not responsible for price errors caused by typesetting and system errors.

5. Circumstances that do not exist and are not foreseen at the date of signing of the contract, develop beyond the control of the parties, and that make it impossible for one or both of the parties to partially or completely fulfill their obligations and responsibilities assumed by the contract or to fulfill them on time, force majeure (Of course, disaster, war, terror, uprising, legislative provisions, seizure or strike, lockout, major malfunction in production and communication facilities...). The party in the person of force majeure shall notify the other party immediately and in writing. During the continuation of the force majeure, the parties will not be liable for any failure to fulfill their obligations. If this force majeure situation continues for 10 (ten) days, each party will have the right to terminate unilaterally.

6. Although the stock information of the products offered for sale by Teknur is updated every day, some impossibilities may arise in the supply of the ordered products. In such cases, you will be informed by our relevant department by phone or e-mail. If you have made any payment for the product, this price will be refunded as soon as possible.

7.Delivery of an order that has been collected is made by Cargo.

8. Shipping costs in exchange transactions are covered by the customer. Changes are made with the invoice.

9. If your packages are not delivered to you within the times specified during your shopping, you can report the situation to Teknur by writing to info@teknurmetal.com. Package tracking can be done by calling the Cargo Company or by the customer. After the package is received, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly. Therefore: Packages that are found to be damaged during delivery should not be accepted and a report should be kept. Teknur will start working on the order and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

10. If you contact us by phone or e-mail before the product you have purchased is shipped, your cancellation will take place if you specify your cancellation request. If you have a payment approved by credit card, it will be refunded to your card without any deduction.

11. The person shopping from Teknur is deemed to have accepted all the above items.
